On a 6 monthly basis we need to update your list of prescribed medication on your medical records.
All prescription requests are reviewed and responded to by a doctor. If you have attended the clinic or hospital out patients in the previous 6 months, and the doctor is happy that you have been properly followed up, you may be issued a repeat prescription. If you are due a review you may receive a text, or note attached to a single prescription, asking you to book a routine appointment with a Doctor before your next prescription is due
To request a repeat prescription please contact reception

Prescriptions will be ready for collection 48 hours after ordering.
If you are unable to collect your prescription, please be aware that we need permission for someone else to collect on your behalf. This can be forwarded to the receptions by email.
