At Generation Health Medical Clinic we would be delighted to care for your medical needs.
We are currently accepting new private patient and medical card patient registrations in our Monkstown and Castleknock practices.
If you would like to register as a new patient with us please email registration@generationhealth.ie or complete our online form, and click submit
You will receive a Medical Information Form, please complete one for each member of your family looking to register and return to us.
